Wingu

A week ago I was in Dierenpark Amersfoort. I mainly go there for the tigers, the fly cage and of course the chimpanzees. The most important chimp for me is Mike, but Wingu, his grandson is also beautiful to watch. He is playful, curious and active. The different expressions are so nice to photograph. And then edit to monochrome. I do have to say that the expressions are not like human expressions. A huge smile showing teeth means a chimp is scared. Just one example.

In these 4 monochrome portraits of Wingu.
