Burgers Zoo last Wednesday. The weather was fantastic, perfect for a zoo visit. I got the chance to go, because another appointment was canceled (yes of course, corona). Too bad, but every disadvantage has its advantage.
I noticed I haven’t been shooting much with my Tamron 150-600 mm lately. I didn’t react fast enough. Many photos were not what they could have been. The gorilla photos turned out better. It also helped that they enjoyed the sun wonderfully relaxed. So I had a lot of time 😉
When you see them like this, you notice how close they are to us. The faces, attitudes, etc. And I thought, what could be going on in those heads. A penny for your thoughts.
They are all beautiful. And indeed « our cousins ».
