Birding

If the zoos stay closed and you still want to photograph animals, you have to go out into nature. I chose to go birding at Drostenkamp. Also in other places, but the photos in this blog were all taken in Park Drostenkamp. Photographing birds without a bird hut is not easy. Of course they always fly away when they see someone coming with such a large lens. Even in a place like Park Drostenkamp, where birds should be used to people. I have a lot of respect for bird photographers. You need a lot of patience. A different kind of patience than I have I guess 😀

Besides these birds I have also seen other species. Very beautiful, all those birds in the Netherlands. Who knows, I might be able to take a nice picture of those species one day.

Furthermore, I was not the only bird watcher in Park Drostenamp. See the last photo. I think I “caught” more that day than she did.
